En este trabajo plasmaremos la estrategia del Departamento de Recursos Humanos de la compañía Royal Motors. Royal Motors es una compañía ubicada en el sector de la automoción con una oferta de reparación, mantenimiento y venta de vehículos. Desde el principio dicha compañía tiene la misión de concienciar al cliente de los beneficios de los vehículos híbridos y eléctricos, sin dejar de lado cualquier reparación o mantenimiento que necesite hacer cualquiera de nuestros potenciales clientes sea cual sea el vehículo del que disponen. La compañía comenzará con la apertura de tres talleres en la Comunidad de Madrid y un concesionario, los cuales estarán ubicados en áreas donde la consecución de clientes potenciales es mayor; Pozuelo de Alarcón (sede de la compañía), Plaza Castilla y Alcobendas. Arrancaremos la actividad con una plantilla comprendida por 34 trabajadores. Además, la estructura organizacional de Royal Motors se sustentará sobre cinco departamentos: operaciones, financiero, recursos humanos, comercial y marketing. Estos, a su vez, están divididos en tres estamentos, que se definirán dependiendo de la responsabilidad de cada uno de los puestos. Dichos estamentos son Plantilla Base, Mandos Medios y Altos Mandos. Los cinco departamentos con los que cuenta la compañía están claramente diferenciados y especializados en sus áreas de actuación, el Departamento de Operaciones de la misma es quien sustenta el peso de la actividad de la empresa. En primera instancia Royal Motors contratará a un director/a de Recursos Humanos que ayude a la creación y contratación de la plantilla. Una vez el perfil sea elegido, este realizará un Proceso de Selección que constará de tres fases diferenciadas en función del estamento al que pertenezca el puesto. Para las incorporaciones de los empleados, la compañía ha definido un Programa de Onboarding que ayudará a la diferenciación de Royal Motors frente a los competidores y a la retención de su talento. Con todos los empleados incorporados, Royal Motors realizará el seguimiento de los mismos tanto en el ámbito profesional como en el personal para conocer las inquietudes y necesidades de la plantilla. Para realizar dicho seguimiento se efectuarán Evaluaciones del Desempeño y encuestas de satisfacción del empleado. El Departamento de Recursos Humanos y los Cofundadores de la compañía estarán siempre dispuestos a atender a sus empleados practicando siempre una escucha activa. Para nosotros es fundamental que nuestro cliente interno deposite su confianza en la organización. Con la información recabada del empleado, Royal Motors creará el Programa de Formación y Desarrollo en función del puesto de trabajo, estamento y del perfil del empleado. Es necesario destacar la importancia del perfil de Jefe de Taller, ya que es aquel que desarrolla la actividad fundamental operativa de nuestros talleres y es la cara de nuestra compañía frente al cliente. En Royal Motors creemos en el talento interno y es por ello que una vez al año pondremos en marcha nuestro Programa Top Talent para identificar aquellos empleados que más potencial y progresión muestren en su actividad. En cuanto a la retribución de Royal Motors se ha realizado un estudio de mercado para conocer la banda salarial en la que mueve cada uno de nuestros perfiles según los datos de la competencia más directa. En este ámbito, la compañía ha decidido remunerar el trabajo de sus empleados por encima de la mediana de mercado, con el objetivo motivar, incentivar y retener a su plantilla. Dicha retribución se otorgará en función del estamento, el puesto a desempeñar y las cualidades y experiencia del empleado. El propio paquete retributivo tendrá dos tipos diferentes de retribución (fijo y variable). Además de estos, se ofrecerá la opción de recibir una parte de su salario en especie. Con esta estrategia desde el Departamento de Recursos Humanos, se buscará la optimización del presupuesto salarial, además de retener, motivar y hacer crecer a la plantilla de cara a futuras nuevas aperturas de talleres y expansión del negocio.
This paper will outline the strategy from the Human Resources Department of Royal Motors company. Royal Motors is a company that carries out its activity in the automotive sector, offering vehicle repair, maintenance and sale services. From the ning, this company has the mission of raising awareness of the benefits of the use of hybrid and electric vehicles, without neglecting any repair or maintenance that any of our potential customers may need, whatever the vehicle available to them. The company will with the opening of three workshops and a concessionaire in the Community of Madrid, which will be located in areas the acquisition of potential clients will be greater; Pozuelo de Alarcón (company headquarters), Plaza Castilla y Alcobendas. We will start the activity with a staff of 34 workers. In the first instance, Royal Motors will hire a Human Resources director to help and hire the staff. Once the profile is chosen, it will carry out a Selection Process that will consist of three different phases depending on the organizational level to which the position belongs. For employee additions, the company has defined an Onboarding Program that will help differentiate Royal Motors from its competitors and retain their talent. With all the employees incorporated, Royal Motors will monitor them both professionally and personally to find out their concerns and needs. To carry out this monitoring, Performance Evaluations and employee satisfaction surveys will be carried out. The company´s Human Resources Department and Co-founders will always be ready to assist their employees by always practicing active listening. It is essential for us that our internal clients place their trust in the organization. With the information collected from the employee, Royal Motors will the Development Program and Career Plans based on the job position, organizational level and profile of the employee. It is necessary to highlight the importance of the profile of the Workshop Manager, since he is the one who develops the fundamental operational activity of our workshops and is the face of our company towards the client. At Royal Motors we believe in internal talent, and that is why once a year we will launch our Top Talent Program to identify those employees who the most potential and progression in their activity. As for the remuneration of Royal Motors, a market study has been carried out to find out the salary band in which each of our profiles moves according to the most direct competitor data. In this area, the company has decided to remunerate the work of its employees above the market median, with the aim of motivating, encouraging and retaining its staff. The remuneration will be awarded based on the organizational level, the position to be held and the qualities and experience of the employee. The remuneration package itself will have two different types of remuneration (fixed and variable). In addition to these, they will be offered the option to receive a portion of their wages in kind. With this strategy from the Human Resources Department, the optimization of the salary budget will be sought, in addition to retaining, motivating and growing the staff for future new workshop openings and business expansion.
