In order to carry out this work and implement its respective strategy, it has been chosen to carry out a comprehensive digital marketing plan fully adapted to the conditions and characteristics of the client. Currently, the digital presence is gaining more weight and importance in all sectors and especially in the hospitality industry more, that is why at Eco Eco the need to implement a digital strategy and improve the precarious already existing in a prevailing need. The digital plan is based on the starting situation and the proposed objectives, in this way the adaptation is perfect and at the same time covers all the basic needs that have been considered necessary to reach in the case of Eco Eco.
More specifically, the fields and aspects covered in the aforementioned digital marketing plan have been the creation and organic positioning in the main search engine “Google” of the restaurant´s website, accompanied by a social media strategy on Facebook and Instagram, those in those that are practically all the target audiences. To unify and seek loyalty, an email marketing strategy has been chosen through a , which is currently and constantly growing. To achieve the general and specific objectives, the prior analysis of the competition and the restaurant has been essential, since all actions are preceded by reasons, needs and explanatory logic. The strategies and applications carried out previously exposed have led to the obtaining of certain results presented and in accordance with those expected, resulting in a fruitful personalized comprehensive digital marketing strategy.
