The business idea consists of starting up an online store specialized in the sale of sports clothing and accessories for paddle, its name will be Paddle Cheap, focusing on an outlet model for paddle rackets and sportswear, in this way we will focus our e-commerce in something specific, which will allow us to further our niche with clearly identifiable products.
Taking all this into account, the business idea comes from the experience in the use of online stores in this sector, clearly unsatisfactory in which it can be improved in many aspects, mainly we will put our attention on the customer experience in order that it is very satisfactory looking for a differential element not only in the product but also in the experience, delivery times and customer service always in less than twelve hours.
It is about undertaking in a very specific niche, playing in our favor the fact of being a non-perishable product and simple logistics. Apart from this, we have several suppliers of the entire range of products and we will focus only on past seasons reaching a very competitive price, we will mainly use shipping so we will not have any remnants of stock in any case.
The company does not need a specific location for storage and at the ning it worked exclusively in the national territory.
We are facing an ideal project whose sector will be B2C. Our strategy will be based on the indexation in the web pages of the most common search words, online marketing campaigns with search engine positioning through keywords, banners and promotions in RRSS.
The main marketing objectives will be to publicize the company (branding) as a service accessible to all types of audiences for its quality and price as well as to achieve a certain number of sales (performance), it will therefore be important to make an investment in advertising and initial online promotion of three months duration to attract and thus make the business known in the short term, once the business is consolidated it will move to more specific campaigns since we will have loyal customers who use word of mouth and thus we will continue making known. On the other hand, investment will be made in social networks to continue promoting the store and, of course, a website.
The scenario in which we find ourselves to achieve our initial objective will be online promotion (SEM), online advertising (RRSS) and discount actions for the opening of the online store, the amount of these will vary depending on the amount of the order, in addition we will make free shipments during the first month of the life of the company regardless of the amount of the order.
During the first year, promotional actions will be carried out approximately once a month, such as Friend´s Day, in which if the client brings a new client to the store, a discount will be made for both of them and thus we will continue to increase the client portfolio progressively and carry out advertising and continuous promotion actions, especially through the company´s Instagram and Facebook, publishing offers, news, advice ... The website will be more aimed at commerce and the blog.
